GDPR policy – Network with Style

This privacy policy sets out how Network with Style uses any information that you give Network with Style.

We hold the following data on our event attendees and mailing list members:

1. Name (first and second)

2. Company Name

3. Email address

This data base is held by our third party mailing providers Constant Contact and/or MailChimp.  We hold a static list on DropBox, an account that only the NWS leaders can access.  We make every endeavour to keep all our members details that we hold secure.  We endeavour to use reputable companies like Evenbrite to further ensure the safety of our members data.

If you wish to access the data we have on you please put your request in writing, giving details of all email address you may have used now and in the past, so we can ensure we provide you with all the data we hold and erase, if requested all the data.

Your request will be progressed within 28 working days. You may wish to send Special Delivery to ensure the letter arrives. We can only inform or update based on the email addresses you supply, as they are the search tool.
